What if midlife could actually feel good?

Real answers for women navigating midlife health.

It's not in your head. You're not imagining it. Your body is changing, and what used to work simply isn't anymore. The exhaustion, the mood swings, the brain fog, the 3am wake-ups — these aren't signs of failure. They're biological realities of midlife, and they deserve real answers.

That's why I founded Rise Women's Wellness. Women in this phase of life are too often left guessing, dismissed, or handed generic advice that doesn't account for what's actually happening in their bodies. I created this practice to change that; to make the science of midlife health accessible, actionable, and genuinely personal.

It's not about perfection. It's about consistency, momentum, and learning to trust your body again.

You deserve answers. Let's find them together.

If that's you, I'd love to connect.

I'm Dr. Erin Hayes, a functional nutritionist with more than a decade of experience helping women understand the relationship between hormones, metabolism, and energy. I came to this work through my own experience. Despite eating well and exercising consistently, I felt exhausted and unrecognizable to myself. When I began studying the science of perimenopause, everything shifted. I realized how many women were living in that same confusion without support.

At Rise, we start with understanding. When you know how your hormones, blood sugar, sleep, and stress interact, you stop guessing and start making choices that actually move the needle. Every protocol we build is grounded in current research and shaped around your unique physiology, schedule, and goals; because a plan that doesn't fit your real life won't last.

Our approach is built around three phases:
